Master Plan Delhi - 2021 (MPD-2021)
The Master Plan for Delhi - 2021 (MPD-2021) envisions to make Delhi a global metropolis and a world class city, where all the people are engaged in productive work with a decent standard of living and quality of life in a sustainable environment. In MPD-2021, land of five more zones namely J, K, L, N & P will be developed to cater to the massive demand of residential units for growing population.

As per plan, DDA will be act as 'Facilitator' and speed up integrated planned development. DDA will holistically plan the ecological, environmental and commercial aspects of the zone as also develop master plan for roads, drainage, sewerage and water supply. 

With the vision, the Land Pooling scheme was published by DDA vide Public Notice dated 18.4.2013 and has been notified by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India vide Gazette Notification No. 2076 dated 06.09.2013. As per Land Pooling Policy vide which a land owner or a group of land owners or a developer called 'Developer Entity' (D.E.) shall be permitted to pool land. Each landowner will get an equitable return 48% to 60% irrespective of land uses assigned to their land in the ZDP with minimum displacement.
