Sh. B.K. Mishra after serving in the Indian Air Force joined his father Sh. Arjun Mishra in the real estate business and has carved a niche for himself by having provided property to over 20,000 individuals. He is an academician and a visionary who has been encouraging sports activities. He is Vice President of All India Football Tennis Association besides being an active member of many other welfare associations. His approach to life is being visionary who works for the betterment of the society.



Lt. Gen JS Bajwa superannuated from the Army on March 31st 2013 after 39 plus years in uniform. He is an Infantry officer from the KUMAON Regiment. During his service he has virtually traversed the whole country and its borders. He commanded his battalion, a RR Sector and Infantry Division in J&K. He has held appointments in the Military Operations Directorate as a Colonel and Brigadier, as also in the Perspective Planning Directorate and later Infantry Directorate as Director General. He has held the appointment of Chief of Staff in Headquarters Eastern Command, Kolkata. The Gen Officer had been an instructor at the NDA, Khadakwasla, later was an instructor with the Indian Military Team in Bhutan and Army War College. He was also Commandant Officers Training Academy, Chennai and later Commandant, Infantry School, Mhow.

Bajwa is a post graduate in Defence Studies from Madras University through the DSSC, Wellington, MPhil in Defence and Management Studies from DAAV University, Indore while undergoing the Army Higher Command Course at the Army War College. He was on a Fellowship with the Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi working on a project on "Modernisation of the PLA". Later at the National Defence College, New Delhi, the thesis prepared by him - "Strategic Implications Global Economic Changes"-was awarded a Book Prize. Currently he is pursuing his PhD from Madras University with the Department of Defence and Strategic studies with his thesis focusing on -"Strategic Imperatives of China's Comprehensive National Growth: Implications on India's Security".The Gen Officer has authored two books, the first on Modernisation of the PLA (2002) and its revised volume "Modernisation of Chinese PLA: From Massed Militia to Force Projection", in 2012. 

He has had hands on experience of township management as sub area commander at Banglore where in he presided over improvement of infrastructure in a big way.


Brig. RK Sharma is a well rounded personality with vast exposure to sports, administration and operations under pressing conditions. He was commissioned in 1973 after his training at Indian Military Academy. As a cadet, he was awarded IMA Blue for cricket and also captained IMA team. He represented Western Command in Inter Service Cricket Tournament in 1977 and 1978. He attended prestigious Defence Services Staff College in 1986 and was awarded DSSC Cravat for his performance in cricket. He distinguished himself as leader of troops in the Valley with an award of Sena Medal (Gallantry). He earned Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card twice, for his high quality performance during earthquake in Latur, Maharashtra in 1992 and again for his command with distinction of a brigade in one of the most active counter insurgency area in J&K. He was also awarded Northern Command Army Commander's Commendation Card for his role during 1988 floods in Punjab. He superannuated by April 2008. Since August 2008, he has been heading Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO) with distinction. The booklet "Guidelines for Transition to Civil Life" authored by him, has been very well received by the environment.
